Vehicle Data Analysis

The group has carried out an investigative data analysis into rail vehicle data to uncover potential patterns during certain events of interest as part of our engagement with a transit agency in the US. The analysis included electrical, speed, and location data collected from each rail car of a train. The study covered many events of interest, trains, and locations in an urban environment. The results of the conducted study helped the client agency identify and eliminate certain scenarios and hypotheses of interest and assisted in decision-making.
